Divergent or lateral thoughts are a way of thinking that transcends the rational and traditional. To question everything, is to be bold enough to dare to be different and challenge norms, regulations and established suppositions that form the basic rules of creativity.

WHAT IS UNDERSTOOD BY CREATIVITY?
Creativity can be defined as the generation of processes of information, products or outstanding behaviors in a situation of skill or insufficient knowledge. It is studied by the Heuristic method.
Some experts define the creativity such as the generation of that something is new and original but that at the same time is appropriate and useful. Although it is difficult to reach a general definition that could be accepted by most of the authors, there are three great theoretical approaches for this concept: as a process, as a product and as a characteristic of the personality.
A definition that admits these focuses is the identification, approach or solution of a problem in an outstanding and divergent way.
The heuristic is the capacity of a system to carry out in an immediate way positive innovations for their ends. It is the human being's characteristic feature from whose point of view can be described as the art and the science of the discovery and of the invention or of solving problems by means of the creativity and the divergent thought.
The divergent thought or lateral thought was a term proposed by the author Edward Of Voucher to represent the alternative way that we are not accustomed to use for the resolution of a problem. According to him, most of people is only prone to see a manner of solving a certain problem when, however, it can have several ways to solve it that are not visible at first sight.
CREATIVITY AS SOMETHING INDISPENSABLE
Creativity is something fundamental for current life. Thousands of companies in the entire world bet on seminars to develop the creativity of their employees and team bosses for solution of conflicts, design of new products and services or new production systems. With the peak of the emotional intelligence, the creativity has transformed into a fundamental pillar of our society.
